Shipping Terms & Conditions
1. Domestic Shipping – West Malaysia (Peninsular)
We offer Free Standard Local Shipping (within 3–5 working days) for all orders above RM150.
For orders below RM150, a flat-rate delivery fee of RM10 will apply.
Local pickup is available from SS 4C/5, Petaling Jaya. Pickup arrangements must be made in advance via email or WhatsApp, and any applicable pickup charges will be borne by the customer.
2. Domestic Shipping – East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan)
To make things easier for our East Malaysian customers, we offer Free Delivery for orders above RM200.
Orders below RM200 are subject to a flat-rate delivery fee of RM25.
3. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. All shipments are sent using tracked and registered mail services to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

5. Dispatch and Tracking
All orders are dispatched via third-party courier partners. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. Our courier partner will also provide tracking information directly.
6. Estimated Delivery Times
Kuala Lumpur & Selangor: 4–5 working days
Other parts of Peninsular Malaysia: 6–8 working days
East Malaysia: 7–14 working days
Please note that delivery timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day.
7. Delays & Holiday Periods
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs, courier backlogs, or festive seasons. These are outside our control, and we appreciate your patience.
